Joshua Hoeft grew up immersed in the real estate industry, which fueled his ambition to enter the field professionally. After graduating from Purdue University, he became a licensed realtor in Indiana, specializing in helping families buy and sell single-family homes. During his residential transactions, Joshua developed a strong interest in the commercial sector, particularly multifamily complexes. This passion led him to manage a 110-unit portfolio in downtown Indianapolis, deepening his expertise. Now, Joshua is focused on the acquisitions side of real estate and is actively investing in multifamily properties.

Logan, a Purdue graduate with an engineering background, discovered a passion for multifamily real estate investing during college. The skills he built in his engineering career have been crucial in his transition to real estate. Additionally, Logan's consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies, involving extensive travel across the United States to implement software, revealed his true passion for connecting with people and solving complex problems. Through these experiences, Logan has developed a deep appreciation for building relationships, understanding client needs, and formulating innovative solutions to meet those needs effectively.
